We are able to advise on all aspects of construction and civil engineering in both the public and private sector, including the relationship between employers, designers, certifiers, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers. Our objective is to enable our client’s to understand and reduce the contractual risks involved in construction projects and resolve contractual issues and disputes in a manner consistent with their commercial requirements. We strive to ensure that contracts include dispute resolution clauses that are appropriate in the context of the particular transaction, but should a major dispute on the contract arise, we are experienced and proactive both in arbitration and in court.
