Litigation
& Dispute Resolution
We
handle a wide range of civil disputes and proceedings as well
as white collar crime and criminal proceedings arising in a
corporate context and have particular expertise in managing
complex, multi-faceted cases involving multiple claims and
parties. We also deal with a variety of administrative law
matters which frequently involve proceedings for judicial
review.
We
pride ourselves on our ability to deal with the same in an
efficient and dynamic manner, departing from the mechanical
and often pedestrian style of litigation that is generally
prevalent, and work to help our clients resolve disputes
efficiently and effectively - whether through arbitration,
litigation or other techniques - in a manner that promotes
their business objectives. We are also able to work with
clients to develop compliance programs and other techniques to
minimise the potential risk of future litigation.
The
specific areas in which we have expertise include handling and
advising on all litigation related aspects of commercial
transactions; supporting and advising on investigations and
disciplinary proceedings by regulatory authorities; handling

by investigations and prosecutions pose and representing
